Description
I've been in the real estate industry on both sides of the Atlantic for the past 25 years. I own two real estate companies, one in Washington and Oregon and the other in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Currently I am living part-time in Mexico, where I am beginning my first Fractional project after becoming certified by FHI. I'm a serial entrepreneur by nature and have come to the point in my career that I want to travel and do business all over the world. Fractional consulting and development affords me this opportunity. At the time of this writing I have not produced a website for my fractional consulting and development services, but this is to come soon. For those who can afford a vacation home, fractionals make sense in today's market. I'm interested in helping sellers of high-end homes fractionalize their properties for the highest return possible, as well as joint venturing with others to create and develop fractional offerings.
