Cross-border real estate transactions is the primary focus of Mr. Stephan's fractional consulting and development practice. Mr. Stephan assists foriegn purchasers of US real estate in obtaining financing and setting up fractional offerings.
In addition to being a Certified Fractional Professional, Mr. Stephan is also a member of the Law Society of Alberta and will soon become a member of the New York State Bar Association (Spring 2010).
