Marge Coffing is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and educator whose interest in creative real estate has stretched from coast to coast. Born in Ohio, she was educated in New York, California, and Massachusetts. In every state where she lived, she was buying and selling houses, "Beautifying America, One House at a Time" as a real estate investor, instructor, and consultant. During her most recent thirty years in Atlanta, Marge’s academic and corporate background enabled her to bring a wealth of organizational and small business experience to her consulting. Her motto of "I talk straight, no hype" reflects her “no-nonsense” style in hundreds of real estate transactions acting as principal or consultant
Marge, the "Florida Fractional Lady", had a vision of bringing “Smart Second Homes” with Fractional Ownership first to the waterside destination areas in Florida and then wherever creative people at a destination location want to make the most of emerging real estate trends. In fact, she moved to Florida specifically to bring this vision of "Fractional Ownership" to life, and became a realtor to facilitate marketing the fractional concept nationally and internationally.
