Sherman is founder of one of today’s leading fractional real estate websites, Luxury Fractional Guide, and is author of the book “Fractionalize to Maximize”, designed to aid vacation homeowners in fractionalizing their homes. He has served on numerous boards and panels at fractional symposiums throughout North America. He has been involved with real estate as a broker for more than thirty-five years and, for the past seventeen years, has helped shape the fractional industry and bring it to its accepted prominence today. Sherman’s strong desire to elevate the industry through a highly educated network of professionals was the inspiration behind the founding of Fractional Homes International.
RANDALL HARRIS, Director of Training & Development, Mentor & Faculty Member As founder of Island Fractional Homes, Randall Harris was an early pioneer in the Hawaii fractional market, specializing in the introduction of luxury private fractional homes. Randall formed Harris Fractional Consulting Group and actively consults on the feasibility, development and marketing of private fractional home projects in Hawaii and the Western United States. In addition, Randall is an active real estate investor in both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to entering the fractional real estate industry, Randall spent over twenty-five years with leading U.S. companies where he was responsible for the design, development and implementation of over 100 corporate training programs focused in the areas of leadership and management development, organizational transformation, business consulting skills, process improvement, and a wide range of business operations and technical skills.

Tom Goetschius, RRP, of Tom Goetchius Associates holds the designation of "Registered Resort Professional" from the American Resort Development Association. He has also served as Corporate VP or Director of Training and Personnel Development for Orange Lake Country Club, Fairfield Communities, Cooper Communities and the Hilton Grand Vacations Company. Tom has served a client list including the most prestigious names in the Fractional/PRC business. His “Relationship Approach To Sales” training is highly regarded as the industry standard and is considered to be the most effective sales program available today. It is the culmination of over 20 years of study, research and practical application. He has worked on over 50 individual Fractional projects and graduates of his acclaimed training program have sold more than three quarters of a billion dollars in Fractional and PRC products.
GARY ROBISON, Mentor & Faculty Member
Mr. Gary L. Robison a veteran to Utah real estate, founded Luxury Lodging & Exchange in 2006. On the verge of an exciting new option in the national real estate market, Gary recognized the value of fractional ownership in luxury vacation properties. Gary has built a team of excellence and has established himself as an expert in the development, marketing and sale of fractional luxury properties. Gary has worked in the real estate mortgage industry in Utah, Nevada and Arizona since 1980. He brings 28 years of experience not only in real estate and development, but also as a business owner and entrepreneur as he is owner and operator of his own mortgage company. Gary has a local and national reputation as a home grown expert in fractionalization in Utah. He has been interviewed and/or featured in Utah Valley magazine regarding his hand in bringing fractionalization to the Utah real estate marketplace. He is a recognized real estate professional who has the skill and experience working with million dollar clients and billion dollar projects to produce results.
ANDREW SIRKIN, Faculty Member Andrew Sirkins’s law practice, Sirkin Paul Associates, has focused on fractional real estate ownership since 1985, and has been involved in the creation of more than 5,000 fractional projects both in the United States as well as internationally. This breadth of experience allows him to draw on a huge library of fractional project documentation as well as extensive knowledge of marketing and registration requirements for virtually any location where a project might be located or potentially marketed. Attorney Sirkin is an accredited instructor with the California Department of Real Estate, and frequently conducts fractional ownership workshops. He is also the author of two books as well as numerous published articles on the law as it pertains to the fractional industry. Sirkin Paul Associates currently has offices in San Francisco and Paris, and plans to open a New York office shortly.
